How Do We Connect To The Web Demo?:
To participate in a Web Demo you will need a telephone, a windows based computer connected to the web and some free web communication software that is probably already installed on your computer (Microsoft Netmeeting 3.01 or later or AT&T VNC 3.3.3 or later). If you do not have Netmeeting on your computer it is available as a free download from www.microsoft.com. If we use VNC for the Web Demo it will be emailed to you. Both communications applications easily install in about 2 minutes. We will cover these issues when we schedule the Web Demo.

What About Firewall Security Issues?:
On occasion, participants in the Web Demo may have difficulty connecting to the HRaspx Demonstration Server because they are on a highly-secured network that utilizes very strict fire-wall parameters. If a connection problem is encountered we will email instructions and assist your IT staff on what action to take to temporarily open the necessary I/O ports to conduct the Web Demo. If this still does not solve the problem then we will determine the appropriate actions to take so you can receive a timely demonstration of HRaspx solutions.
