HRaspx Makes It Easy To Acquire Our Solutions:
HRaspx recognizes that every organization has their own unique technology acquisition policies based on their type, size, growth patterns and financing strategies. We want to develop a long-term relationship with our clients and it all starts with the acquisition so we make it easy to acquire our solutions by taking the time to learn what options and terms work the best for each individual client.

Purchase Option:
The Purchase Option requires a client to either pay cash or execute a lease for the HRaspx Software License, Annual Maintenance and Client Services. Flexible payment terms can be arranged that will have your organization seeing an immediate return on investment. The HRaspx software will be installed on the client’s computer system and managed by the client’s staff. The Purchase Option offers the lowest investment over the long-term.

Rental Option:
The Rental Option requires a client to make a monthly payment for a minimum contract period and then renew for additional contract periods to continue using the HRaspx licenses. To commence the Rental Option the client will pay up front for the first and last month of the contract period and will pay for any Client Services provided as part of the implementation and training. The annual maintenance fee is included in the monthly payment. The HRaspx software will be installed on the client’s computer system and managed by the client’s staff. The Rental Option offers a low monthly payment that will meet many organizations cash flow management goals.

Hosted Option:
The Hosted Option requires a client to make a monthly payment for a minimum contract period and then renew for additional contract periods to continue using the HRaspx licenses. To commence the Hosted Option the client will pay up front for the first and last month of the contract period, will pay up front for the server installation and setup fee and will pay for any Client Services provided as part of the implementation and training. The annual maintenance fee is included in the monthly payment. The HRaspx software will be installed on server(s) at HRaspx’s designated hosting provider and the client will access it via the Web. All system management will be performed by staff from HRaspx and our hosting provider.

The Hosted Option offers a low monthly payment that will meet many organization's cash flow management goals. In addition, our clients benefit because we provide the technical infrastructure and IT services that many organizations may not have available or they simply prefer not to manage the system so they choose to outsource these services.
