The professional and responsive services staff of HRaspx offers many years of mission-critical HRMS system experience. Our services include software implementation management, installation, setup, training, project management, systems design, custom programming enhancements and report creation. We can provide rapid and accurate data conversion from your old HRMS or your current payroll system to get your HRaspx system “Live” in hurry. In addition we can develop data exchange setups for interfacing HRaspx with your insurance carrier, benefits broker, payroll processor, PEO, TPA, FSA administrator, COBRA administrator, Retirement Fund administrator and many others as needed.

Implementation Methodologies:
HRaspx utilizes proven HRMS system implementation methodologies. Whether it is a new client implementation or a custom enhancement project the plan is tailored to each client’s unique requirements. New clients will complete a Client Questionnaire that helps identify their key requirements and the project team information.

A Project Implementation Plan is developed with input from the HRaspx team and the client’s team. This plan contains the overall project schedule for all phases and tasks as well as identifying the team members that will be responsible for their completion. The project phases include Software Installation, Plan Implementation, Training, System-Wide Requirements Setup, Individual Module Reference Tables Setup, Customization Requirements Development, Data Conversion or Data Entry, Payroll Link Setup and Go Live Procedures.

Project Budgets:
HRaspx works with our clients to develop detailed project budgets for both new implementations and future consulting services performed for the client. In most cases we can offer a fixed-fee budget that will include all labor and expenses to deliver a finished enhancement which prevents budgetary surprises.

Custom Enhancement Design Documents:
HRaspx will develop detailed design documents in participation with the client as part of all custom enhancement projects. These design documents become the project blueprint used for development, testing, installation, training and future support. This enhancement approach ensures a timely, accurate and professional result every time.

Web Support:
To expedite client assistance while delivering any of the HRaspx services our staff utilizes the Web to connect to our client’s computer system and provide one-on-one assistance. Web utilization can provide services in a fraction of the time as compared to Phone, Fax and Email Support methodologies as well as reduce travel and other expenses. HRaspx utilizes leading software products for Web Support including Microsoft Netmeeting, Symantec PCAnywhere and AT&T VNC (Virtual Network Connection). Firewall and other security issues for our clients are recognized and accommodated when using Web Support.

Phone, Fax and Email Support:
Clients may contact us to assist with operational questions and problem resolution by either calling our toll free 800 number, faxing or emailing the issues to the support department.

Software Distribution:
HRaspx software enhancement, updates and new version releases are distributed to clients over the Internet using our Web Support methodologies or via our FTP server for transferring the program and database files. These methods allow for rapid distribution to all clients and also saves money because sales tax is still not required when products are distributed over the Internet. CD’s are available but will cause the Annual Maintenance purchase to be taxable for clients in California.
