The typical implementation timeline will take between 30 and 90 days depending on how much time and resources the client can devote to the project (A fast track implementation is available that will take less than 30 days). The typical implementation process follows standardized phases including Software Installation, Plan Implementation, Training, System-Wide Requirements Setup, Individual Module Reference Tables Setup, Customization Requirements Development, Data Conversion or Data Entry, Payroll Link Setup and Go Live Procedures.

Employees, Managers and Guests can perform a large variety of transactions across all HRaspx modules including viewing, reporting, updating and adding new records. Access is granted to certain menu and data options based on security levels that an employee or guest is assigned.

Can HRaspx manage multiple companies or organizations?
The HRaspx architecture allows user-defined organizational structures (i.e. Company, Region, Division, Location and Department) to manage multiple companies or organizations within a single physical database or each company or organization can be managed in separate physical databases.

How is HRaspx applicable to organizations that provide HRMS outsourcing services (PEOs, HR/Benefit Administrators, Payroll Processors, etc.)?
HRaspx has expanded capabilities in our Client Services, Human Resources, Benefits, COBRA, FSA and Data Exchange Modules that meet the specific requirements of outsource service providers. Some of these capabilities include user-defined setup and management of organizational structures, client accounts, benefits plans administration, job assignment, compensation, Call Log, Company Expenses, Client Billing, Database Update Wizard, Administration Fees Management, Services Administration, Reporting and Data Import/Export.

Can the data entry screens be customized to meet specific requirements?
HRaspx allows the layout of almost every data entry screen on both the Web Version and Client/Server Version to be customized to meet the needs of an individual user, groups of users or all users who access the system. Layouts customization properties include hiding fields, rearranging the order of fields, changing the field labels, changing the display size of fields and adding User-Defined Fields to the layout.

Is there any limitation on the number of employee records that can be stored in HRaspx?
The number of active employee records stored is only limited by the number of employees allowed in the software license purchased. HRaspx allows for unlimited separated or retired employee records. There can be additional limitations based on limited hard disk space where the database resides but these limitations can be resolved by making additional disk space available.

Is there any limitation on the number of concurrent users that can access HRaspx?
The number of concurrent users is only limited by the number of concurrent users allowed in the software license purchased. HRaspx allows for unlimited users for the WebSelfService Module. There can be additional limitations based on the computer equipment (Client and Servers) where the database and the application files reside but these limitations can be resolved by increasing the capabilities of the computer equipment used.

Can HRaspx manage users at multiple remote locations?
HRaspx can be operated by users at remote locations. If the remote users are using the Web Version or the Web SelfService Module then they only require a Windows based computer with internet access. If the remote users are using the Client/Server Version then they will require a Windows based computer that has remote access via several options including Direct Connection via dialup or high-speed T1, VPN, Citrix, Netmeeting, PCAnywhere or other remote connections as used by a client.
