HRaspx offers annual maintenance agreements that ensure the reliable operation of our HR solutions through a variety of comprehensive support service and development options made available to our clients.

Web Support:
To expedite client assistance HRaspx support staff can utilize the Internet to connect to our client’s computer system and provide one-on-one assistance. Web Support can provide support services in a fraction of the time as compared to Phone, Fax and Email Support methodologies. HRaspx utilizes leading software products for Web Support including Microsoft Netmeeting, Symantec PCAnywhere and AT&T VNC (Virtual Network Connection). Firewall and other security issues for our clients are recognized and accommodated when using Web Support.

Phone, Fax and Email Support:
Clients may contact us to assist with operational questions and problem resolution by either calling our toll free 800 number, faxing or emailing.

On-Site Support:
Clients may request On-Site support for emergency situations. This level of support requires additional fees for time and travel expenses.

Software Enhancements and Fixes:
HRaspx continuously adds new enhancements and fixes to our software products. Most enhancements are suggestions that come directly from our clients that benefit all of our clients. New functionality and methodologies that evolve in the HR marketplace as well as adhering to new government regulations are also added on a regular basis. Software fixes are addressed on an expedited basis to ensure reliable performance.

Software Updates and New Version Releases:
Annual Maintenance subscribers will receive periodic software updates that include enhancements and fixes along with installation assistance and updated user guides. New Version releases are available either for no charge or for discounted prices depending on the release.

Software Update Distribution:
HRaspx software updates and new version releases are distributed to clients over the Internet using our Web Support methodologies or via our FTP server for transferring the program and database files. These methods allow for rapid distribution to all clients and also saves money because sales tax is still not required when products are distributed over the Internet. CD’s are available but will cause the Annual Maintenance purchase to be taxable for clients in California.
