Demographic Information:
Manage a wide variety of standard and user-defined employee demographic information with primary data entry windows including Resource Master, Addresses, Emergency Contacts, Dependents, Relatives Employed, Check Lists, Education, Skills, Tests, Training Courses, Employment History, Affiliations, Outside Employment, Contract Vendors, AKA Names, Convicted Offenses, Client/Project Tracking, References, Licenses, Certifications, Awards and Languages. A Confidential flag can be used that will display a "CONFIDENTIAL" message on the screen as a reminder to users that the employee record is confidential. Employee pictures can be stored, displayed and used on reports.

Job & Compensation:
Manage flexible job and compensation that allows for an employee to have single or multiple active jobs with single and/or multiple active compensation records for each active job or multiple employees can be assigned to the same job. HRaspx tracks a wide variety of standard and user-defined employee Job and Comp information including what organization levels and supervisor that an employee reports to, hourly, annual, benefits, bonus and user-defined pay types and increase history. A comprehensive Job Class table will track numerous defaults including Compensation Cycles and Job Categories.

Payroll Information:
Manage basic payroll information or import this data from a third-party payroll system. Information tracked includes Federal and State exemptions, adjustments and statuses, Direct Deposit data that is used with the FSA module for depositing FSA claim amounts and user-defined deductions for the employee and employer tax that is used in generating a Total Compensation report.

Position Control:
Manage standard and user-defined position control, grades and steps. Positions can be set for strict use (each job must have a position associated with it) or flexible use (Positions can be selected for jobs when needed). Grades can be used alone or with Steps. Positions for a specific job can be user-defined or automatically generated, including effective and end dates, for individual positions. Single or multiple employees can be assigned to a single position.

Health & Safety:
Manage Health & Safety issues, including Health Profiles, which track information including employee physician, blood type, pool assignment for random drug testing and physicals and medical conditions. Health Events track a complete work related medical history including costs, providers, treatments and immunizations. Event Scheduler will manage an employee’s calendar for future testing, screenings and immunizations. Resource Incidents will track all injury related information required for OSHA reporting and management including witnesses, physicians and hospitals used for the treatment of the injury.

Separation:
Manage employee separation history including multiple separation reasons, references, rehire status, severance and exit interview. Creation of a separation record will trigger certain life-event processes in the COBRA and Benefits modules.

Leave of Absence:
Manage complete leave of absence history for an employee. Leave type codes are user-defined to accommodate unique leave information including Family Medial Leave Act tracking, start dates, return dates and if leave is paid or not.

New Hire / Re Hire Wizards:
Manage user-defined New Hire and Re Hire processes including using a step-by-step wizard that lets you match your new-hire document flow to the data entry process to speed up the process and make it more accurate. If the Recruit module is used it will automatically move all relevant data collected on the applicant to the Resource Master record of the new-hire.

Review Management:
Manage employee review history that includes user-defined review types with unlimited categories, review reasons and tracks relevant dates including current review and next review for notifying supervisors of pending reviews.

Actions & Grievances Management:
Manage user-defined employee actions and grievances such as warnings, suspensions, union matters, etc. You can track multiple reasons, resolution actions taken, action levels and resolution dates.

Property Tracking:
Manage valuable organization assets that are assigned to employees such as computers, automobiles, ID cards, credit cards, etc. It will track the asset ID, description and checkout, due and check in dates. When an employee separation record is created it will automatically pop-up an asset list associated with the employee so all assets can be properly collected prior to the employee’s departure.

Employee Transaction Management:
Manage specific employee information using pre-defined transaction processes. View Pending Transactions will display all transactions for an individual employee that have a future date status except for leave and separation which can be viewed using View Future Separation and Leave Transactions. View Transactions History will report an audit trail of all Resource Master related transactions for a specific employee including table and column name changed, the previous value, new value, date, and the user ID that made the change.

Regulatory Management & Reporting:
Manage employee information needed to generate regulatory reports and inquiries including EEO1, EEO4, Affirmative Action, OSHA, I-9 verification and other reports as required.

Reporting and Data Import/Export:
The Human Resource Module includes over 80 Crystal Reports and over 150 Browse Reports. Custom reports can be created quickly and easily using Crystal and Browse reporting tools. Some of the standard reports include Anniversary, Birthday, Compensation History, Health Profile, Job Class Summary, Resource Leave – Active, Resource Review – Scheduled, Resources by Supervisor and Telephone Directory. All employee information can be easily and accurately reported, exported and imported.

The Human Resource Module also includes some unique reporting capabilities. The Custom Browse allows data from related tables to be included on the Resource Master Browse Reports. The PROFILE Report displays a quick-view of the current primary employee information including benefit election data. The RESUME Report displays information from the employee’s records that would normally be found on a resume. Organization Charts can be created by Supervisor or Job that include user-defined employee information.
