Established in 1987:
HRaspx was established in 1987 and incorporated in California in 1989 under the name “Automated Environments”. From 1987 to 1994 the focus was on system integration, computer hardware sales and software development of financial, distribution and job costing systems for mid-large organizations. In 1994 the focus shifted to Human Resource Management Systems with the development of our first generation HR solution.

The corporate name was recently changed from Automated Environments to “HRaspx” in 4th Quarter 2001. This name change reflects our many years of focusing strictly on delivering HR solutions that manage all aspects of an employee’s employment experience (HRaspx).

HRaspx has it’s corporate headquarters in Rocklin, California, and has sales and client support representatives located throughout the USA. HRaspx has clients across many organization types that are managing anywhere from 100 to more than 30,000 employees using HRaspx’s innovative HR solutions.

2002 - Third-Generation Web Native HR Solutions:
HRaspx’s third-generation HR Solution called “HRaspx Web” was released in January 2002. HRaspx Web is an incredibly powerful next-generation “Web Native” HR solution that brings all of the power and ease-of-use of the HRaspx Client/Server version to your web browser for anytime / anywhere use.

HRaspx Web combines a browser-based Web client and a user interface with levels of interactivity and usability traditionally available only in Windows applications. The HRaspx Web architecture enables organizations to leverage the industry's most innovative HR e-business applications at the lowest total cost of ownership.

1997 - Second-Generation Client/Server HR Solutions:
HRaspx released their second-generation HRMS solution called "AllianceHRMS" in 1997. AllianceHRMS is a Windows based Client/Server solution that is designed to be a truly “Open Systems” solution that operates on all leading computing platforms and SQL Databases. AllianceHRMS is a scalable solution for organizations with fewer than 100 employees up to the very largest multi-company private, public-sector and outsourcing organizations. Version 5 of AllianceHRMS began shipping in July 2001 which included the AllianceHRMS WebSelfService modules for Employee, Manager and Guest SelfService capabilities. The product name “AllianceHRMS” will change to “HRaspx C/S” in January 2002.

1994 - First-Generation Character-Based HR Solutions:
HRaspx began development of their first-generation HR Solution called "AutoHRIS" in 1994. AutoHRIS was written in Informix-4GL for the Informix On-Line database and was designed to operate on large-scale UNIX mini and main-frame computers. The AutoHRIS client base included private and public sector organizations who were managing anywhere from 800 to more than 30,000 employees.

HRaspx software modules, for both the Web and Client/Server platforms, include Web Control, Web SelfService, Human Resources, Benefits, COBRA, FSA, Recruiting, Training, Alerts, Client Services, Time & Expense, Payroll Link and Data Exchange.
